Processing Times:
All Conrad Custom Creations' items are made to order with care. Please allow seven business days for your order to be processed and created before shipping. If you require a rush order, please include the rush fee in your purchase.
Shipping:

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking provided once your order has been dispatched. Conrad Custom Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order is marked as “Delivered,” Conrad Custom Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance. Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. Incorrect addresses may result in returned or delayed packages, and additional shipping costs may apply.
Local Pickup:

Local pickup is available by appointment only. Customers will receive a confirmation email or message when their order is ready for pickup, along with instructions and location details.
Delivery Drop-Off:
- Delivery is available for locations within Putnam County, Westchester County and Dutchess County. A small delivery fee of may apply. Deliveries are contactless and will be left in a safe location at your address. Customers will receive a confirmation message when their order has been dropped off. Please provide any gate codes, apartment numbers, or special instructions when placing your order.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
